EBI to Present Paper on Improving User Experience of Multimedia and Interactive Training Content on Multiple Devices

Abstract of the paper
The increasing popularity of multimedia content and the growing use of multiple devices to access it have led to a number of challenges. In this paper, we discuss the common problems that users experience when displaying multimedia content on multiple devices. We present the results of an empirical study conducted with users and learners in several European countries. The study reveals that compatibility issues, file size limitations, and poor user interfaces are the primary challenges users face when displaying multimedia content on multiple devices. Conversely, a positive user experience is achieved through compatibility, file size optimization, and user-friendly interfaces. To enhance the multimedia content experience across devices, developers, manufacturers, and content providers should prioritize compatibility, reduce file sizes, and focus on intuitive user interface design.
About the ICERI 2023
ICERI 2023 will be the 16th annual International Conference of Education, Research and Innovation, and it will be held in Seville (Spain) on the 13th, 14th and 15th of November, 2023. The ICERI2023 Proceedings will be produced with all the accepted abstracts and papers. All the approved contributions will be included in the IATED Digital Library to form part of our database of innovative projects in Education and Technology.
