Feedback of learners
Approximately 20% of the smartphone users were not satisfied with the interaction when doing this example. This may be explained by the need to enter text – obviously, some users found this difficult because of the missing (physical) keyboard. The same feedback can be found from tablet users – a device also missing a physical keyboard.
Interesting is the fact that also Notebook and PC users were not satisfied completely.
