Interactive learning objects

Interactive learning objects are web-based objects that allow students to visually understand and virtually interact with external sources of information.

Interactive learning objects help the trainer/teacher to put all the information in a single place, with links to external sources, especially videos, providing students with an engaging learning environment.

There are many websites which allow their creation.

In our project we have selected one of the most famous:

  ThingLink.

If you want to know more about this website, we have developed an analysis of this tool → ThingLink

Here you can find an example of what it is possible to create with ThingLink.

Starting from a picture of the Universe, you can have an explanation of each one with links to several videos.

A learning object like this could be useful for flipped classroom, for example, where students have to study and learn by themselves at home.

You could also use 3d pictures available on the website, and create more complicated lessons.
